Either alsa-firmware is all legal and then we should move all firmwares
to linux-firmware.

Or alsa-firmware is partially illegal, then we should move all legal
firmwares to linux-firmware and throw away the rest,

Or we don't know if it's legal or not, then we should find out first.

As for how to move the firmware, I agree with Daniel's instructions but
would like to add that it would be better to work with the upstream
maintainer of linux-firmware (David Woodhouse), and his git repo.
