Addition: The above was done about 10 hours ago this morning. Reproduced 3 times over the course of an hour, restarting the computer between each trial. All other network connections and Internet were working correctly.
Now, UbuntuOne Music Store works correctly without any problems with DansGuardian denying access. I'm not sure what to make of it.
