I've attached a screenshot of the problem. Can't provide steps to
reproduce it, as stated above this only occurs on one of my boxes. It
could possibly be a side-effect of a problematic upgrade, one of the
dist-upgrades crashed partway through (I can't remember exactly what the
cause was, something to do with running an smp kernel back before it was
obsoleted by the generic kernel), so maybe the recovery from that caused
problems with things not being cleaned up properly.

As far as I'm concerned this bug can be closed/WONTFIXed, as it's a very
minor issue and seems not to affect many people. I've not found any
programs that are affected other than Firefox.
