Binary package hint: ubiquity
Strange one this. When running in non-English locale, Ubiquity does not
change pages without user input. When you click Forward it greys out
the buttons as normal and sits with busy cursor doing nothing. Shortly
after moving the mouse or pressing a key it will then successfully move
onto the next page.
