Public bug reported: My sound card was working when I was dual-booting, but has stopped working since I upgraded to pure Ubuntu on the same machine (Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pi 1505), new HDD. The sound troubleshooting page has not helped so far. Will add details shortly.
