Hi Jeremy, thank you for taking care. I think this issue is fixed. I am using ubuntu 9.10 with latest updates and kernel 2.6.31-20.58 installed. I also tried the stock kernel you mentioned (2.6.31.9-02063109) and could not get this error. Again, thank you for your work.
