Something to add: Today I got an email from the campus IT administrator
(who knows nothing about Linux or any other open source) saying that my
email was blocked by the system and that she only allows English and
Japanese languages through. She said she would allow the system to pass
the message if I told her what language I was using.

My guess is she only lets 'en' and 'jp' languages through. Is Evolution
en_utf8 or something that most Windows server admins are blocking?

Thank you for all your effort and expertise.

Rob
