i have already uploaded my system information using ubuntu-bug because i wanted
to report the problem.
i manually deleted the encrypted folder and could not find a way to remove it
from the list cryptkeeper shows. so i kindly ask to reopen this report and
think about possibilities of how to make it more obvious how to remove an entry
from the list (and possibly remove the data corresponding to that entry, too)

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: cryptkeeper

I have just discovered cryptkeeper, and it is such a useful application.
But one thing I don't like is, it doesn't give me an obvious way to
delete encrypted folders. When mounted I can't delete them from
Nautilus, and when unmounted I can't even see them.

Perhaps the easiest way would be to have a trashbin icon next to the
stash name (just like tomboy has a pin icon next to the notes), and
clicking on that trashbin to get a confirmation dialogue (are you sure
you want to delete this folder and all its contents?).

  That would be really intuitive.

+
+ HOW YOU CAN CURRENTLY ACHIEVE IT: (comment #6)
+
+ - left-click on the cryptkeeper icon in the status bar
+ - right-click on the stash which you want to delete, and select "delete"
+
+ this is quite neat, and fast -- but could be more intuitive like
+ suggested above.
