This package is *not* an official Ubuntu package. I do not know where you got it from. I guess you added a non-official distribution to your /etc/apt/sources.list, or downloaded it directly from somewhere and installed it by running dpkg.
For you to bypass this error on synaptic, you can either: 1. remove this package *before* trying to update; 2. unselect it from the list of to-be-updated packages, and then update the rest. Alternatively you can try to find out (from where you originally got the package) if an updated version for Feisty is available. Now, if you want the *plugin* (not the stand-alone player), then you should be installing flashplugin-nonfree.
