I've tried two more things today. I installed 2.1.1 from Universe on
the current build of Lucid and found that I could edit templates that
were recurring but those designed for one-time events still can't be
edited - no response at all when I click on the edit icon as above.

I also built 2.1.1 from the latest source on Karmic and installed over
2.1.0. This resulted in the same as above, recurring works, one-time
doesn't (better than none but still not right).

I would like to do some more testing on Karmic, but I need some help.
What files must be deleted to completely remove all traces of gnome-
schedule? I tried a full purge and reinstall, but the templates were
still there. I even deleted the template references from GConf and they
reappeared on a fresh install. I can't seem to find where gnome-
schedule keeps this data. Thanks.
