Public bug reported:

Greetings

In systemsettings, keyboars and mouse module, the Touchpad sheet presents Smart
Mode.
This magnific and very convenient option is grayed out at all.

This is with a Synaptic touchpad on a Dell Mini9

I also filed
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=232560
but KDE people says it's not a KDE module/problem.

Hope to see this very soon, thanks !
