If the notifier reports a crash, you should follow the guided steps to open a new bug report with that crash information. This bug report, submitted by hand, does not include the information needed to fix a crash bug. We won't be able to help you fix the crash bug until we have that information.
Listing system information can be done with the command 'lspci -vvnn' - a command which is run for you when you use the guided bug report tool.
