It seems like you just need to enable cookies in your web browser. If
you are using Firefox, go to Edit -> Preferences -> Privacy and if
"Firefox will: Use custom settings for history" is selected, make sure
"Accept cookies from sites" is checked and that hotmail isn't listed
under "Exceptions."
