Public bug reported: Binary package hint: network-manager
After upgrading to Lucid, NetworkManager-applet always starts with wireless network turned off. Each time I reboot and log in, I have to right click nm-applet and check "Wireless network on" to connect. I am on a Dell Studio 1555. It has a radio switch, but it seems to be completely unrelated to network-manager. network-manager 0.8-0ubuntu2 here.
