Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus
I+ use the ability of grub to launch iso files but it's the same when I burn it. It runs quite well with the i386 version but not with the amd64 one. It was the same in karmic. It seems that the french packages files are not included in the CD/iso file. We must run the language-selector to install them... My entry in the grub-pc menu : menuentry "ISO Live - LUCID Ubuntu AMD64****" { insmod loopback insmod iso9660 set isofile="/iso/ubuntu-10.04-beta1-desktop-amd64.iso" loopback loop (hd0,5)$isofile linux (loop)/casper/vmlinuz locale=fr_FR bootkbd=fr console-setup/layoutcode=fr iso-scan/filename=$isofile boot=casper file=/cdrom/preseed/ubuntu.seed noprompt quiet splash -- initrd (loop)/casper/initrd.lz } It runs better with the i386 iso file.
