Public bug reported:

The gnome-networkmanager-applet gives a wrong broadcast address.
My computer's IP address is 192.168.2.3, the mask is 255.255.255.0, so
the correct broadcast address is 192.168.2.255, but the panel applet tells me:

Broadcast address:   255.255.255.255
