Public bug reported:
After the Quickstart of Openoffice is activated via Tools -> Options ->
Memory -> Enable systray Quickstarter in Openoffice, then it is
impossible to restart the PC by clicking the "Restart" item in the upper
right corner menu (default menu position). The Quickstarter has to be
exited and then the "Restart" works.
OS Ubuntu 10.04 64-bit, Alpha 3 fully updated (probably = Beta 1)
