The https://blueprints.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/boot-login-with- full-filesystem solution no longer applies because you can't delete what's in your .trash file if you are using the new encrypted file system. Therefore, the solution is out of date because it doesn't work with encrypted file systems.
