Hi zekopeko. Currently, there is another bug in software center (bug
514879) that has as one of its manifestations that pronounced "jumping"
effect that you describe. I suspect that when bug 514879 is fixed, you
may find the issue that you describe in this bug may no longer be
bothersome for you. I think we ought to revisit this bug once 514879 is
fixed to re-access.
