Please advise what other information you are seeking, or why, specifically, you feel that this is no longer an issue (since it has not been resolved). Also, I am frustrated by the fact that you have chosen to mark it "Invalid" when, in fact, the only reason I opened this bug was by canonical's own request (ie, when after the upgrade failed, ubuntu's upgrade manager asked me to report that one of the upgrades had failed). If I had for one minute thought that someone would, in essence, close it without properly investigating it, or for that matter ensuring that it had been resolved with a newer update, I would have chosen to ignore the request.
