Here is additional information about this problem:

I have a laptop with builtin four speakers and a subwoofer (4+1), enough
high quality. Also I have the external two-way system of 2 +1. When I
play music on Windows 7 I have a good sound from built-in speakers and
from external speakers too. And quality does not vary depending on the
volume of sound, or connect other sound sources such as headphones. When
listening to the same music on Ubuntu, the sound is crumpled and
cracked, look like to vibrate broken (torn or loose) dynamics. This
effect occurs even at low volume and increases with increasing volume.
This effect is present when I listening the built-in 4 +1 speakers, and
on the external system 2 +1, same as earphones. All the speakers were
used separately to avoid simultaneous connections.
