This bug marks the symptoms of plymouth resetting the console to KD_TEXT
after X is started, which should not happen anymore. I'm going to
charitable assume the reporter was mistaken about which version this
works with ;)
Putu: if you're able to replicate this bug with 0.8.0~-14, please do
reopen.
