Hello I have the same problem. Evince and Epiphany doesn't enable the print button for most of the printers. It only appears on 1 out of 30 network printers (the only one using an ip address in the iip address instead of a host name. Dont know if that can have anything to do with it?)
Other programs print just fine (testet in Gedit and the printer configuration test thing).
