You seem to have multiple 69-language-selector-* configuration files linked in
/etc/fonts/conf.d/ .
That's why fontconfig-voodoo fails.
Having a better font handling in place is on my to-do list, in the
meantime, please only keep one 69-language-selector-* file in
/etc/fonts/conf.d/ .
