Thanks your answer. My "bug" report is a statement and suggestion and feature request. The description is not truncated as in bug 532876, its truncation is wihtin "normal conditions".
I have "reproduced" a lousy example of such a window I am talking about. The description text ends with "..." - and my entry above is about that in the attached picture (which is coloured in red).
