In reply to comment #1 I have already submitted Ukrainian translation from upstream. So the problem is not the lack of Ukrainian translation or its bad quality. The problem is that Lukas (or somebodies scripts) regularly submit Czech translation. Yes, I can detect it and resubmit everytime it happens. But it is not fun. :(
How can Ubuntu Ukrainian Translators prevent developer from submitting wrong translations?
