Thanks. The files you provided are fine. The subdirectories are backup
from previous upgrades.
If you can't reproduce it you should run a memory test. A segmentation
fault often means a memory corruption. But that might be a transient
situation.
I'm closing this report because it's not reproducible and it's not a bug
with the package.
