Thank you for the error_log. We need to capture the data which Evolution sends to the printer when you print, so that we can check whether it goes through the filters correctly.
Run the following shell commands: cupsdisable Stylus-SX400 cancel -a Then print a mail from evolution, a mail which is not confidential and where you know that it does not print. Wait some seconds. Check whether the job appeared in the queue. Do not re-enable the queue. Now extract the file which Evolution has sent: sudo -s cp /var/spool/cups/d* /tmp chmod 777 /tmp/d* exit Now attach the file to this bug. Re-enable your print queue with the command cupsenable Stylus-SX400 Check whether the job disappears without getting printed. If it gets printed repeat all these steps with another e-mail.
