Hmm... Build failed on sparc, and on armel the package "fp-compiler" is missing to initiate the build-cycle. Is it possible to sync binary packages at least once from Debian to make FPC able to compile on armel? (It is not that important to have FPC on armel, but it may be useful to someone. On Debian buildds FPC compiles successfull on all supported platforms)
