PS Joshua, that re-installation procedure has a typo, should be sudo rm -fr ~/.local/share/ubuntuone you have ~/.share/local/ubuntuone and the sudo apt-get install ubuntuone* didn't work for me either, says there are conflicts, so I installed it through the proposed updates instead. Just FYI.
