The real issue is that Firefox doesn't correctly pass the bin->child allocation to the internal drawing surface all the time, and that layer will determine it's width/height by querying the X surface directly. I'm not experienced enough in Firefox's codebase to come up with a proper patch, so we must disable CSD for Firefox in the mean time.
