Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

It appears each time i start the pc, after rebooting, or after resuming from 
suspend mode. Some times start hangs up, some times it manages to successfully 
get up to the login screen.
this behavior is after upgrading to 10.04 from 09.10.
