I'am just trying to install the new libdrm 2.4.18 http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.freedesktop.xorg.announce/1000 from the tar archive on my ubuntu karmic - maybe that helps. Since I'm a newbie, I dont really know how to proceed: the files were installed (configure.. make.. make install) in /usr/local/lib but i dont know how to include them in the system - who could help?
