Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: update-manager

I am trying to update my system an for 4-5 days I am getting error
"could not reach servers to download update" (something like this. In my
repository dialog, I got India servers selected for updates
automatically. I think, I my auto selected servers are down or not
reachable for some reason, Update manager should either ask me to select
some other servers or switch to some other servers (may be Main servers)
automatically. A layman user will not know how to change it manually or
would not bother to do so. But if 4-5 days the servers are down or dead
slow, he/she would defiantly get irritated with this like me.
