Unfortunately, it is not possible extract all the information we need from your 
report. Probably Apport encounter problems when this crash was registered.
So I suggest you to get a full upgrade of your system.
Please ask for some questions:
what version of usplash do you have installed when the crash happened?
How do you get a workaround for this problem (or it happened only a time)?
Does problems persist after upgrade to latest version.
