Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.5

When the Source says for example for an element in a table that the
title for the element should be 'foo' (<td title='foo'>bar</td>), 'foo'
nor any other title is not shown when user's mouse is over that specific
td element.

Check for example http://herba.suomenlinna.fi/tilanakyma/?lang=en where
every cell of the table has a title. This title is shown in Firefox for
Windows, but not in Firefox for Ubuntu. In Firefox for Ubuntu the title
is not shown for any other kind of element either.
