Public bug reported: Upon start up of installation, the window exceeds the display area in the vertical direction, thus the buttons at the bottom of each window are not visible. Resize does not work.
This is for the herd-5 release for 7.0 feisty-desktop-amd64.iso The system is an HP Pavilion a1132n with a VISON 1280x1024 LCD display. No keystroke combination works to resize and without root access no way to work on X-windows. thanks, Chuck Adams ProblemType: Bug Date: Fri Mar 9 15:42:26 2007 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 7.04 Uname: Linux ubuntu 2.6.20-9-generic #2 SMP Sun Feb 25 22:59:06 UTC 2007 x86_64 GNU/Linux ** Affects: Ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- install screen exceeds display area https://launchpad.net/bugs/90873 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
