Public bug reported:

On a Dell Mini Inspiron 1011, when I change to vt 1, log in, and run
`sudo lshw` it prints all the lshw info but also turns the screen blue
and the text green.

Running lshw as a non-root user does not produce this effect.

This is with current Ubuntu Lucid (updated within the last day or so)
