Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

When exporting a document, that contains text with style 'Heading 1',
openoffice puts a tag <a name="_Heading_1"><span/></a> to the exported file.
Trying to validate the created document with validator.w3.org gives this error:
Line 18, Column 164: Attribute "name" exists, but can not be used for this
element.

Openoffice exports the document as XHTML 1.1 plus MathML 2.0 and in
xhtml 1.1 the name attribute was removed from a tag in favor of
attribute id. (http://www.w3.org/TR/2007/WD-
xhtml11-20070216/changes.html#a_changes summary item 2)

Changing the attribute name to id makes the document pass the
validation. Firefox shows the page correctly in both cases.
