Unfortunately, without reproducing the issue this will be very difficult
to track down and fix. If this occurs at any future point, please note
anything relevant in this bug.
Also, it wouldn't hurt to open a bug upstream at bugzilla.kernel.org.
The developers there may have more knowledge on how to fix this issue.
If you do open a bug upstream, please note it in a comment here to link
the two bugs.
