Fix has been committed to the lucid development trunk and will be
available in the next development release of software-center (which will
be version 1.1.13).
@mpt, your guess in comment #11 was correct in that this bug also caused
the "In Progress" section to not appear. This is fixed now as well; the
In Progress section appears as normal.
