Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

If, in Tools > Options...> OpenOffice.org > General, you have 'Use
OpenOffice.org dialogue boxes' checked, you get dialogue boxes that
allow you to right click and Delete. Files deleted like this do not go
to the Deleted Items folder. This is dangerous because users can assume
the behaviour is the same as in Nautilus.
