I have the same problem. My Machine is Toshiba Satellite P200D-12O (PSPBQE)
I'm not able to use bluetooth. But LCD britness keys fn+F6 and fn+F7 works fine.

Here is the output of commands.

a...@alim-ubuntu:/$ uname -a
Linux alim-ubuntu 2.6.31-19-generic #56-Ubuntu SMP Thu Jan 28 02:39:34 UTC 2010
x86_64 GNU/Linux

a...@alim-ubuntu:/$ sudo modprobe -v toshiba-acpi
[sudo] password for alim:
insmod
/lib/modules/2.6.31-19-generic/kernel/drivers/platform/x86/toshiba_acpi.ko
FATAL: Error inserting toshiba_acpi
(/lib/modules/2.6.31-19-generic/kernel/drivers/platform/x86/toshiba_acpi.ko):
No such device

I've just removed Win7 and did fresh install Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala
with latest updates. Searched the internet for solution but no lock.

I hope it will be fixed soon.
