Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xournal
xournal needs the ability to customize keyboard shortcuts. Firstly because current keyboard shortcuts are uncomfortable. Why to use Ctrl+Shift+letter when is a much easier combination of for example Ctrl+letter. In addition to that even bigger problem exists: combinations which consist of more than one special button (ctrl/alt/shift/super) tend to be used as global shortcuts. This means that any user who uses them to quickly launch an application or to control the behavior of conpiz will find xournal a bit annoying. P.S. A good example is rhythmbox where each menu entry can have a shortcut which can be customized hovering mouse over the menu item and pressing desired combination. ** Affects: xournal (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- xournal needs the ability to customize keyboard shortcuts https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/524963 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
