Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and help to improve Ubuntu.
There is no bug here; the acl binary package in karmic was in universe, not in main. It has been promoted to main in Lucid as a conscious decision of the server team, but this doesn't change that it wasn't in main for karmic. ** Changed in: acl (Ubuntu) Assignee: Nathan Scott (nathans) => (unassigned) ** Changed in: apt-cacher (Ubuntu) Assignee: Nathan Scott (nathans) => (unassigned) ** Changed in: xfs (Ubuntu) Assignee: Nathan Scott (nathans) => (unassigned) ** Changed in: acl (Ubuntu) Status: New => Invalid ** Changed in: apt-cacher (Ubuntu) Status: New => Invalid ** Changed in: xfs (Ubuntu) Status: New => Invalid -- acl package is supposed to be in main, but apt-cache shows it coming from universe. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/456421 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
