Actually, it seems that it was just a confusion on my part.

The actual string seems to be in the libapt-pkg as well
(https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/lucid/+source/apt/+pots
/libapt-pkg/ca/+translate?batch=10&show=all&search=Running+dpkg), which
in the Catalan case was not translated.

I've just translated it and will test whether the translation is loaded,
but I think it should be ok.

This makes me think again that we should disable the apt-all template
and have only one place where apt translations are done.
