The new settings for Pacific Time (-8:00 hours from UTC/GMT) are Second Sunday March 2:00AM First Sunday November 2:00AM Open the attached file, and unzip it to the default folder, (C:\Program Files\TZedit) Run TZedit Scroll down to Pacific time (-8:00) Click the Edit button. Use the drop down boxes to change the time zone info to match the above. When you are satisfied that the info matches Second Sunday March and First Sunday November, Click OK Click cancel.
