Binary package hint: bugzilla

When you try to install this package it errors with an exit 14. Apparently
this is a database connection error. The user is creatted and the database
bugzilla is created but no tables are created and if you log in using the user
and password that is being used by the package it works fine.
This could be a perl dbi error as well.
