I agree with expos' comment #308, this fix is only committed but not
released. I feel free to reset the flag from "Released" to "Committed".
If somebody needs to revert it to "Released", please comment why.

By the way, this fix was part of upstream Linux 2.6.31.9 and some hours
ago in the Ubuntu kernel queue, upstream 2.6.31.12 got on the way. So
please support bug #510674
