I did not understood what specific information you do need.

Anyway, it doesn't looks like udev bug, it is rather driver for 
/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:02.0/drm/card0, 
that is 
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 4 Series Chipset 
Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 07)
This card constantly sending interrupts, causing udev to react! Thus it is not 
udev problem, but video driver problem.

Please give me a list of specific info you do need.
